Clerical Assistant

Burbank Express (2009) Ltd. is dedicated to the specialized transportation needs of Manitoban potato producers; hauling and delivering produce all across southern Manitoba – 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.  We are RPM Trucking Industry Safety certified and pride ourselves on our safe, professional and friendly workplace. We are seeking a Clerical Assistant to join our team full time.  This position will work alongside our financial department and our shop area(s) to ensure efficient processing of invoices and payments. Required Criteria:
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
    • Processing invoices, reconciling statements, running reports and auditing transactions
    • Maintaining customer data
    • Collections and outstanding invoice follow up
  • Proficient in Simply Accounting software and Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Organized, with a keen eye for detail, and able to take direction well
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
Desired Criteria:
  • Experience using Mitchell on Demand software
  • Experience using GeoTab Drive software
  • Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications
